Ingredients
  

  • 200 g cooked shredded chicken
  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml milk
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 ml cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy or teriyaki glaze (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in one egg and 2 tbsp flour until combined.
  • Form mixture into donut shapes by hand or using a cutter.
  • Whisk the remaining egg and milk. Dip each donut in the egg mixture, then coat with flour, followed by breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with sweet soy or teriyaki glaze before serving.
