Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup milk of choice (whole, almond, or oat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons diced strawberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the strawberries with honey and a splash of milk or water until smooth. Pour into glasses.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and slowly pour in milk for the middle layer.
  • Whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  • Gently pour the matcha over the milk layer to create a layered effect.
  • Top with diced strawberries and serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger matcha flavor, increase to 1.5 teaspoons. Use thawed, drained frozen strawberries if fresh are unavailable.
