  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter (for garlic butter sauce, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut a slit into each salmon fillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayo, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice until creamy.
  • Stuff salmon pockets with seafood filling.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until flaky.
  • Optional: Drizzle with garlic butter before serving.
