  • Divide into 4 pieces; roll each to 6–7 inches, about 1/8–1/4 inch thick.
  • Cook on a dry nonstick skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until puffed and golden.

Notes

For self-rising substitute, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1½ tsp baking powder and ¼ tsp salt. Add flavor with garlic powder, dried oregano, or a garlic-butter brush after cooking.
