Ingredients
  

  • 500 g fresh salmon fillets, skinless and cubed
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup cornmeal
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Bang Bang sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes and pat dry.
  • Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Coat salmon pieces in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in a mix of panko breadcrumbs and cornmeal.

Notes

For a lighter option, bake salmon bites at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. Adjust spice level in the sauce by adding more or less sriracha to taste.
