Ingredients
  

  • 250 g linguine pasta
  • 400 g sirloin or ribeye beef strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sear 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in Cajun seasoning and a splash of reserved pasta water.
  • Add cooked linguine to the skillet, coating well in the garlic butter sauce. Top with seared beef strips.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and optional chili flakes. Serve hot for the best flavor.

Notes

Slice beef against the grain for maximum tenderness.
Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency before serving.
