  • 200 g ground beef
  • 80 g cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced pickles
  • 0.25 cup finely diced onions
  • 10 pieces rice paper wrappers
  • 0.33 cup Big Mac sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  • Prepare vegetables: chop lettuce, slice pickles, and dice onions.
  • Dip rice paper wrapper in warm water for 5–7 seconds until soft.
  • Layer lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and onions. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with extra sauce.

Notes

Do not over-soak rice paper; best eaten fresh.
