200g steak (sirloin or ribeye)
200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
200g lo mein noodles (or yakisoba)
1 carrot (julienned)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 yellow onion (sliced)
1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season steak with soy sauce and cornstarch (if using). Sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2. Add more oil if needed. Sauté shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3. Stir-fry onions, carrots, and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and spinach or bok choy. Cook until wilted.
4. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to coat.
5. Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss to combine. Let cook together for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
