Ingredients

340g bowtie pasta

225g ground beef

225g smoked andouille sausage, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, sear sliced sausage until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

4. Melt butter in the skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.

6. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

7. Return cooked beef and sausage to the skillet. Add pasta and toss to coat evenly.
