Ingredients
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
3. Scramble the eggs in a nonstick skillet until just set and slightly creamy. Remove from heat.
4. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a spoonful of sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese in the center.
5. Pinch the dough closed around the filling and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if using. Serve warm or store for later.
Notes
Don’t overcook the scrambled eggs—they’ll finish cooking inside the bombs.
To freeze, wrap baked bombs individually in foil and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
