Ingredients
200g ground beef
200g ramen or lo mein noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
3. Add garlic, ginger, carrots, and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened.
4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little water. Pour over the beef and veggies.
5. Add noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
6. Drizzle sesame oil on top, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the noodles; they should be just al dente before mixing.
Add a splash of water or soy sauce when reheating to loosen up the sauce.
