Ingredients

0.5 cup pumpkin puree

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1.5 cups powdered sugar

1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs

1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

20 chocolate kisses

2 tablespoons powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture thickens and holds shape.

3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.

5. Use a toothpick or butter knife to gently press ridges into the sides to mimic a pumpkin.

6. Press a chocolate kiss into the top of each truffle as a “stem.”

7. Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.

8. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Chill the truffle mixture longer if it’s too sticky to shape easily.

Use a food-safe glove or lightly oiled hands when shaping for cleaner results.
