Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

12 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips (for decorating)

Instructions

1. Place the Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.

2. Transfer the crushed Oreos to a bowl and add the softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms.

3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into smooth balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.

4. Chill the balls in the fridge or freezer for about 30 minutes until firm.

5. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20–30 seconds until smooth.

6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating completely, then return to the tray.

7. While the coating is still wet, gently press in two mini chocolate chips for eyes and one for the mouth.

8. Let the chocolate set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for easy mixing and smooth texture.

If using real white chocolate, melt it gently to avoid burning and add 1 tsp coconut oil if it’s too thick.
