1 packet ranch seasoning

1 packet au jus mix

1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini

1/2 cup butter

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella


Instructions

1. Place chuck roast in a slow cooker with ranch seasoning, au jus mix, butter, and pepperoncini.

2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.

3. Shred the beef using two forks and set aside.
