Ideal for anyone looking for quick snacks, holiday dessert ideas, or fun food ideas for entertaining.

Ingredients

24 Mint Creme Oreos

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

10 ounces green candy melts or white chocolate with green food coloring

2 Mint Oreos, crushed (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Add the Mint Oreos to a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.

2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined into a dough-like consistency.

3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes.

4. Melt the green candy melts (or colored white chocolate) in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.

5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating, allowing excess to drip off.

6. Place coated truffles back on the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired.

7. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

For best dipping results, keep the truffles cold—dip them in small batches while the others stay chilled.

You can switch up the coating color or add festive sprinkles to match different holidays.
