Ingredients
1 pound chicken thighs or breasts
2 tablespoons hot honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
3/4 cup feta cheese
2 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss thinly sliced Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast until golden and crispy.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat butter and sear chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add hot honey and balsamic vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened. Return chicken to coat.
