1 lb ground beef
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup diced onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, and vinegar to create the special sauce.
3. Lay out the tortillas. Add a layer of lettuce, beef, onions, pickles, a generous amount of sauce, and top with a slice of cheese.
4. Fold each tortilla tightly like a burrito.
5. Place seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and toast until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
6. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier wrap, press down gently with a spatula while toasting.
Customize with jalapeños or spicy sauce if you want extra heat.
