Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
8 cubes cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tablespoons garlic butter
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and let cool slightly.
2. Flatten each biscuit and place one cheddar cube and spoonful of beef in the center. Seal and roll into a ball.
3. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
4. Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
5. Brush with more garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding chopped cooked bacon to the beef mixture.
Crescent dough works too, for a flakier, lighter texture.
