Ingredients

2 chicken thighs or breasts

6 oz ramen noodles

6 cloves garlic, roasted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon butter

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon chili oil

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons crispy shallots

2 soft-boiled eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Season the chicken with soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and chili oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken until cooked through and slightly charred. Slice and set aside.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add cream, chicken broth, roasted garlic, and soy sauce. Simmer gently.

4. Stir in chili oil and cook on low until slightly thickened.

5. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and divide between serving bowls.

6. Pour hot creamy garlic broth over noodles.

7. Top each bowl with sliced chicken, green onions, crispy shallots, and a halved egg.

8. Add extra chili oil or cream drizzle and serve immediately.
