Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup marshmallow creme

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

optional gel food coloring

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment or foil, and lightly grease it.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until smooth.

3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and salt.

4. Spoon marshmallow creme over the chocolate and swirl gently with a knife or skewer.

5. If using food coloring, divide and swirl it into the fudge as desired.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

7. Lift from the pan and cut into squares to serve.

Notes

Use gel food coloring to create vibrant swirls without changing the texture.

Don’t over-swirl the marshmallow—less mixing gives a more dramatic design.
