Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello gelatin mix

2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
3. Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

Notes
