Ingredients

500g baby potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

60g parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Cut each in half (or quarter if large).

2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
