Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
10 oz rotini pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter

1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
