Ingredients

400g ground beef

250g penne pasta

200g Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any fat.

3. Add butter, mushrooms, and onions. Cook until soft and golden.

4. Stir in garlic and beef broth. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
