Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups beef broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
8 ounces fettuccine
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large pot or skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the minced garlic and butter. Cook until garlic is fragrant and butter is melted.
