Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
3 cups cheese tortellini
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup heavy cream
0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
0.5 cup chicken broth
0.75 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
