Ingredients
2 shots espresso or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
3/4 cup milk (any kind, whole or oat milk preferred)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (for topping)
Caramel sauce (for topping)
1 cinnamon stick (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Brew two shots of espresso or 1/3 cup strong coffee and let it cool.
2. In a small saucepan, mix brown sugar, water, and cinnamon. Simmer until dissolved. Stir in vanilla and cool.
3. Fill a glass with ice. Add the cooled coffee and 2–3 tablespoons of the cinnamon syrup.
