1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
3. Add Cajun seasoning and paprika to beef and stir to combine.
4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Lower heat. Stir in heavy cream, Velveeta, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
6. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a thinner sauce, stir in more pasta water or extra cream at the end.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to your heat preference — start small and build up.
