Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (80/20)
0.5 cup finely chopped parsley
1 small onion, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground allspice
0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
6 wooden skewers, soaked if grilling
Instructions
1. Finely chop parsley, grate onion, and mince garlic.
2. In a large bowl, combine beef, parsley, onion, garlic, and spices. Mix until just combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and mold onto skewers in long sausage shapes.
4. Grill on medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Let rest a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
