Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

0.25 cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

Cooking spray or oil for air fryer

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.

2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.

3. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each into a 4-inch round using your hands or rolling pin.

4. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round. Top with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.

7. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down in the basket, leaving space between each.

8. Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.

9. Serve warm with dipping sauces like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

Notes

Be sure to seal the dough completely to prevent the filling from leaking during cooking.

Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for a few minutes to bring back the crispy texture.
